Day 24: Gotta Keep Going

I was 145 lbs this morning.

The calorie counting went well the first 2 days but I had a tough time yesterday and failed miserably. I ate about what I would normally eat.

My goal is 3,000 per day.

Stacy's Calorie Counting (and weight that morning)
Aug 19th Tue = 3,320 calories (143 lbs)
Aug 20th Wed = 3,115 calories (145 lbs)
Aug 21st Thu = 1,850 calories (146 lbs)
Aug 22nd Fri = 3,840 calories (145 lbs)
Aug 23rd Sat = 3,130 calories (145 lbs)
Aug 24th Sun = 2,380 calories (145 lbs)
Aug 25th Mon = 2,840 calories (145 lbs)


I'm going to continue my calorie counting here daily and then just add to the list for a few days instead of reposting.

August 22nd Friday, Calorie Counting
(Note: decided to eat just vegetarian today)
Morning
Coffee = 50 calories
Kit Kat Bar = 220 calories

Lunch
Coke = 140 calories
3 slices of cheese pizza = 600 calories
3 crazy breads w/sauce = 300 calories

After Lunch
Coke(x2) = 280 calories
Sour Patch Kids (37 pieces) = 340 calories

Dinner at Carrabbas
Pasta & Marinara (1 cup) = 220 calories
Salad w/Italian Dressing = 250 calories
Bread = 360 calories
Olive Oil = 480 calories
Sm espresso Dessert thing = 100 calories

Before bed
Pop = 140 calories
Nerds = 50 calories
Oreos (x3) and soymilk = 260 calories

Total = 3,840 calories
Goal = 3,000 calories

August 23rd Saturday, Calorie Counting
(Note: decided to eat just vegetarian today)
Morning
Pizza (2 pieces) = 400 calories
1 glass of soymilk = 100 calories

Lunchtime
Coke = 140 calories
Nerds = 100 calories
Pasta = 250 calories
Bread = 150 calories

At the Festival
2 potato pancakes w/sour cream = 400 calories
7 pierogies = 420 calories
1 Italian ice = 60 calories
1 iced vanilla latte = 100 calories

Before Bed
2 cups of soymilk = 150 calories
2 pieces of bread = 260 calories
2 tb of olive oil = 240 calories
3 packs of nerds = 150 calories
raspberries w/sugar = 310 calories

Total = 3,130 calories

August 22nd Friday, Calorie Counting
Lunch
Vegan Meatball Sub = 300 calories
Coke (x2)= 280 calories
Garden Salad = 150 calories
Airheads (x4) = 180 calories

Dinner
Vegan Meatball Sub other half = 300 calories
soymilk = 100 calories
4 oreos = 340 calories

Before Bed
Soymilk = 30 calories
Coke = 140 calories
Salad w/dressing = 200 calories
3 Oreos = 260 calories

Total So far: 2,380 calories

August 25th, Monday Calorie Counting
Morning
Soy Vanilla Latte = 200 calories
Kit Kats = 265 calories

Lunch
Coke = 140 calories
3 pitas w/hot sauce = 450 calories
falafel wrap w/tahini = 300 calories

Snack
Sweet Tarts = 150 calories
Potato Chips = 375 calories
Coke = 140 calories

Dinner
Spinach Wrap = 250 calories
Chips and Salsa = 330 calories
1/2 Smoothie = 100 calories
3 Airheads = 140 calories

So far today: 2,840 calories

Well I hope you manage to break 3000 calories when you have dinner, a great way to really gain alot weight is to consume a huge amount of calories right before you go to sleep, your body will be forced to store them as fat.

you might want to try eating at restaurants like applebies or tgi fridays, you can easily eat 3000 calories in one meal there (some appetizers are 1000 calories alone).

Unfortunately I hate generic restaurants and they have barely any, if any, vegetarian/vegan options.

I did good on lunch I think.. now I'm going to eat a big italian dinner at Carabbas and another meal before bed around midnight.. that should do it! =)

Well I liked that you had pizza for lunch, italian food/pasta, bread and pizza are great ways to fatten up. So yeah make sure ya have tons of that good stuff whenever you can.

heres a helpfull tip.
if you eat 8 bars of chocolate a day as well as your normal food intake, for 2 weeks, you will see great results, body fat ups and you gain some great inches.
also for some strange reason your boobs get bigger, a friend tried it and she said it works.

give it a go, you got nothing to LOSE lol x x luv ya x x
