I've been good at sitting tight in the 170-172 range. I took my measurements kinda recently but no noticable changes.. yet... this stuff takes time. =) I'll be sure to do my measurements again after I recover from my surgery.. I leave tonight!!
One again a fantastic before and after shot. Your documentation of your transformation is without a doubt the finest in the community. You look marvelous and it goes without saying that the proportional distribution of your gain is fantastic. Its really neat to hear that you holding your new weight, and establishing what appears to be your new baseline. I know that you will most likely lose a bit during the first phase of your recoup, but I am confident that you will easily settle back into your your current normal weight. All the best with your surgery and know that mine and I am sure many of the communities thoughts are with you tomorrow. Heres wishing you a speedy recoup. D

I really dont understand what this whole thing is about. you were kinda good looking before and now you look like a beached wale that all the birds are crapping on. seriously drop the weight, if your looking for a challenge it is going to be 100000x harder to get it off
