Well, I'm stalled out again. I haven't gained anything in a week. I was 151 this morning just like a week ago. But then, i haven't really tried either so I think I'm going to calorie count again the next 4 days and hope for the best. =)
I'll shoot for 3,500 calories a day. That should do the trick. I really only need 1,900 to maintain my current weight.

Dinner

1 pop = 100 cal
Skittles = 250 cal
Later

kit kat bar = 200 cal
take 5 = 60 cal
And before bed
tabouli = 80 cal
pop = 140 cal
Total = 3,790 calories (goal 3,500)
edit: damn I did good! and I hit 152 the next morning!

bread and butter = 220 cal
Snack

Skittles = 250 cal
Kit Kat = 200 cal

Skyline veggie jumbo 4-way = 1,170 cal

Before Bed
Tofurkey Sandwich = 290 cal
3 Oreos = 160 cal
2 cups of soymilk = 220 cal
Pop = 140 cal
Total = 3,555 calories (goal 3,500)
Pretty good =)

Very good job on the caloric intake. Everyone stalls at some point or another. You took corrective action and will be rewarded for you effort I am sure. And besides its really fun to eat all that great food :) If you can manage to stick to 3k-4k calories a day you will find yourself rewarded with a nice steady gain over time. Great job, enjoy.

Yah, i don't mind the stalls really.. i don't want to gain too fast anyways ya know? but its nice to be able to eat like this a few days in a row and know that it will make a difference. =)
