Looking Chubbier

Just another pic. I took a lot of them last night actually. =)

Week 9, Day 6: Its coming

Yah, sooo I've been 155 for like the last 5 days and pretty much when this happens, all it takes is a couple days of eating like crazy and I gain some new weight to stay, soooo I should be reaching my 20 lb goal very very soon. =)

I'm glad things are progressing slowly though, because even when I'm not gaining it seems like the weight still moves around and adjusts which is good. I even measured my neck the other day and I lost a little from it, sooo apparently that weight is going elsewhere which I like. =)

But anyway, 18 lbs and my belly has definately changed. I took this pic just last night.

Crazy huh?

My Gains Per Week

I thought this was pretty interesting.

What strikes me about this graph the most is how much control I have over my gaining. Notice how both weeks 5 and 8 have a loss of a pound. I looked back at what was going on during that time and both times it was on purpose. Week 5 was the week before my sisters wedding and I wanted to be kinda skinny in my dress, so I decided not to gain that week. And week 8 I was in Cali and pretty much decided not to overeat there either. Just maintain my weight for a little while.

It just amazes me how much I control this process. It just feels like that shouldn't be possible or something, and it makes me feel even more confident that I could lose the weight if I get to a point where that is what I want to do.

Other interesting things to note are that the most I've gained in a week was 5 lbs and that was week 2! That's a lot! I don't know how much of that stuck, but that's what the numbers show. Week 7 was a big one too, a 4 lb gain, that pretty much came from calorie counting, which I love to do. =)

I failed on my calorie intake yesterday. I only got to 2,100, but I think bc I ate 4,000 calories the day before I was a bit saturated!

I'm only 2 pounds away from my 20 lb gain goal though! yay! I was 155 again this morning which is an 18 lb gain so far. =) Won't be long!

Week 9, Day 2 again: Ummm

My ring is definitely tighter on my hand. It's getting hard to take it off and put it on and the weird thing is that when my sweetie bought me this ring, I was thinking about taking it back to get resized because it was TOO LOOSE.

Wow, crazy. If I gain 15 more lbs like I'm planning this is definitely going to get stuck on my finger!

Week 9, Day 2: Weight

Wow, so I ate 4,000 calories yesterday which is more than double what I need to maintain my body weight. lol! And already this morning I weighed in at 155. I'm going to try and do the same today and see if any of it sticks. =) Probably will.

Here's the graph. You can see it dips down when I went to California for a few days.

More Calories = Gain Weight

So in my nutrition book they said that *roughly* about 500 extra calories per day than you need will equal out to about a pound a week. So based on my weight, I need 1,900 calories daily to maintain my weight, but if I eat 2,400 calories a day, I will gain a pound a week.

So basically 500 calories extra is 1/7 of a pound per day. Soooo 1,750 calories extra per day would be 1/2 a pound per day. Wow, that sounds like a lot.. ha But this has got to be true, because when I ate in the 3,500-3,800 range for like 3 days, I definately got a gain from that.

So I dunno, I think i'm going to shoot for it 3 days in a row. Could be fun. =) I just need to get to 3,650 calories a day. That's going to be tough for me, but even if I get close I'll still gain. Yay, chubbiness here I come. =)

Plus, have I mentioned that the most I've ever weighed is 157??? I'm 152 right now so after 5 more pounds, I'll be exploring some new territory. =) how cool

Week 9: Belly Pic (15 lbs from start)

Well, I was 153 this morning (16 lbs up from start), but I took this pic last night.

Seems like I'm getting a belly doesn't it? =) How fun.

I'm already rethinking my holding off on gaining until October 1st..lol I think I may need to go buy some new jeans first though because most of my pants are too tight already, and some shirts too. That's one thing that sucks! This will get expensive replacing clothes ya know?

But should be worth it. =)

Also, I feel like calorie counting today.. so here we go..

The End of 8 Weeks: My Plans

Okay, so today is the last day of my 8 week gaining spree. I'm 15 lbs up and my plan at this point is to take a small break from gaining until October 1st and then start my overeating again. =)

Also, my original goal was to gain 20 lbs, but I'm now definately going up to 30 lbs and maybe more depending on how it goes and how I feel when I get there. Should be fun!

I'll probably still be posting stats, graphs, comparison pics and that sort of thing until its time to start gaining again. Plus, sometimes I just gain w/out trying..heh so that's possible too.

It sure is nice being able to eat whatever I want and however much I want too! I'm totally enjoying it. =)

Week 8: California

Well, I just got back from an awesome trip to California's Bay area! It was really really fun. I got to see my best friend who moved there about a year and a half ago and wow, great times. =) We did SO MUCH while I was there.

I felt pretty chubby while I was out there, so I think I subconciously ate less because I was scared and I managed to actually lose a couple pounds. I was 152 this morning, but that's fine. =) I kinda think I should just hold my weight where it is until the end of this month and then jump for the next 5 lbs.. give my body time to adjust. See if the fat redistributes at all, cuz it probably will.

Other than that, thought I'd share a pic of me that was taken on my trip. =) Latas.

Week 7, Day 7: Where my gaining goes

Okay, so I thought it might be fun to look at where my weight has gone in increments of 5 lbs.

My First Five - Areas Most Expanded
Hips 1.5"
Neck 1.5"
Belly 1.25"

My Second Five - Areas Most Expanded
Waist 1.25"
Arm .75"
Belly .75"

My Third Five - Areas Most Expanded
Upper Body 1"
Neck 1"
Booty .75"
Thigh .75"

OVERALL - ALL 15 LBS - Areas Most Expanded
Neck 3"
Waist 2.5"
Belly 2.5"

Well, its interesting how it seems to change each time, but I also don't know accurate this really is. But the numbers are telling me I've gained the most in my neck, waist and belly and well, I agree with that. That's where it is.

I am off and on about how much I like the new weight. I guess I wish my proportions were different, but eh, its genetics, what can you do? I would love a pear shape for example, or for it to go to my boobs more, but it is what it is. I do consider this an experiment after all, so its not really about whether I like it or not. Its more like, to find out what I'd look like with more weight. I can always keep it if I like it better, or I can lose it when I'm done.

As of now, I'm probably going to lose it when I'm done which could be equally fun really. I could calorie count and get more hardcore with my veganism, and maybe even try out raw foodism off and on? I could find foods that are filling but are low in calories and stuff like that. And then it might be fun to see if my body is any different after gaining a bunch of weight and then losing it. Will my proportions be different? Will my skin feel looser? Will I have stretch marks anywhere? Will my curves be more pronounced? It will be interesting to see. =)

So that's where I'm at.

And I leave for California early in the morning. So I may not have a chance to update for a few days, so have a great rest of the week and weekend! And I'll try to eat as much as I can while I'm gone... haha =)

7 Weeks of Gaining Done So Far!

Well, in 7 weeks I've gained 17 lbs. which is about 2.4 lbs a week. Wow, that's pretty good. That's about where I want to be. =) I was 154 this morning.

I can definately notice the new weight lately. My belly is definately sticking out more. I have to admit I'm feeling a little embarrassed now that my gaining is starting to be noticable. And I can also feel it in my neck even more.. especially if I go to look down at something. I'm also noticing certain clothes fitting a little differently.

I normally love my tighter t-shirts because they show off my figure a little, but they are a little too tight now and it seems like the shirts are lifting up some and exposing my belly a little. They DID NOT do that before. I also put on a pair of pants today that was definately tighter on me and would turn into floods when I stood because they got stuck on my thighs due to being tights. I actually had to go home today and change!

My goal was a 20 lb gain and I'm almost there now! Kinda exciting. And I wanted it to be no more than 10 lbs a month and Oct 1st will be the 2 month mark... so 157 by then. And I should also mention, that 157 is the most i've ever weighed! So it will be exciting to exceed that for the first time and see what happens. Brand new territory. I'm kinda nervous. I'm really going to be a chubby girl? Weird.

My sweetheart is supporting me!

It was nice. I went home for lunch and cuddled with my sweetie and told her I weighed 155 this morning and she didnt' seem upset about it at all. Then I told her I kinda want to go up to 170 and she totally was like hey, whatever! She actually joked and said I should just go for 200! I think part of her really likes this. =)

And I told her seriously, if she wants me to stop, I will because her opinion means a lot, and its important to me that she be attracted to me, but she just believes that attraction goes beyond how much someone weighs and says she'll love me no matter what.

So basically, the sky is the limit. =) I'm at 18 lbs gained. I'm definately going to go for 30 lbs.. and maybe more? We'll see. =) I'm just happy she's being so cool about it! yay

I love her so much. xoxo

Week 7, Day 6: Yikes an unexpected spike

Wow, I guess overeating like that paid off bc yesterday I didn't even think I ate that much, but I was 155 this morning out of nowhere! That's 18 lbs over my starting weight. Yikes.

Here's a graph for your viewing pleasure.

And what does 155 look like on me this morning?

Kinda scary. I was feeling iffy about my weight gain yesterday and BAMMM, the scale showed 3 lbs more than I've been since I started this.

Week 7, Day 4: At 15 lbs! More in my booty this 5 lbs..yay

Well, I'm a little ahead of schedule with my gaining. I wanted to hit 15 lbs on the 15th but I hit it both yesterday and today, and the way I'm eating, its going to stick...heh

I need 1,900 to maintain my body weight, but I ate 3,800 calories on Thursday and 3,500 yesterday and I hope to eat a lot today too and maybe tomorrow.

I did my measurements and I half like where this gain is going better. Weird how my body seems to be shifting around the new weight. So I do my measurements every 5 lbs and this time, I got less on my waist and belly and more in my booty and thighs so yay! I like that...heh But then, I also got another inch on my neck (WTF BODY?) and a pretty decent gain on my chest above my boobies. Okay, I have small boobies as it is, and the weight went above them? What the hell? And you can see where too. I'm actually retaining some weight under my armpits. Weird. And probably my back too. I mean, I've gotten over an inch on my bust too since I started gaining so at least some goes there.

So I started off at 35AA-30-35 and as of today I am 36AA-32-37. Pretty cool?

Pics and graphs coming soon cuz I can't help myself. =)

Week 7: Hm Ready to gain again

Well, I'm stalled out again. I haven't gained anything in a week. I was 151 this morning just like a week ago. But then, i haven't really tried either so I think I'm going to calorie count again the next 4 days and hope for the best. =)

Week 6, Day 7: Catching up!

I've always been the skinny one in the relationship with my sweetie. I recently passed up her weight, but I'm 3" taller, so technically using the BMI, I'm STILL skinnier. I wouldn't even say she's chubby though as she is. If she gained 10 lbs more, she probably would be somewhat. Her BMI is actually right on the cusp of "normal weight" and "overweight".

And I started in the lower half of "normal weight" and now am in the upper part of "normal weight", but I'm not even overweight at this point, which I guess gives me something to look forward to. =)

But anyway, I'm catching up with her! And I've made a little BMI graph so you can see my progress.

Hey, gotta do something to pass the time while I'm waiting for this last pound to the 15 lb mark right? =) Yah, still 151 this morning. It's coming soon.

Where the weight has gone so far

I thought this might be neat to look at. Can ya tell I love graphs and charts yet??? lol

I'm not sure how accurate this is, and it will probably get more accurate the more I gain, but its kinda neat to look at.

Basically, for my first 5 lbs A LOT went to my neck for some reason, and also my hips and belly... and I got an inch or at least half inch on all other areas.

Then for my 2nd 5 lbs more went to my waistline than anywhere else, but also my arm and belly again.

I'm almost at the 15 lb mark so I'll be able to do another one of these soon. I want it go to my booty, hips and chest but then, wherever is good. I just want to be softer and chubby. =)

I have a weird feeling I'm going to hit 15 lbs tomorrow.

Week 6, Day 6: On Track

I was 151 again this morning, so I've got a nice solid 14 lb gain going on at this point. I'm excited to hit the 15 lb mark, but this was also a little faster than I anticipated. I really don't want to gain more than 10 lbs a month, so I'm kinda holding course, not really trying to get that last pound just yet, though it might happen cuz I love to eat and have really gotten in the habit of doing so. =)

I'll have no trouble being 152 by Sept 15th though, and then that means I'll hit my goal of 20 lbs by the end of the month w/out trouble. 157 is the most I've *ever* weighed, so I will be back at that point.

And then what?

Well, I've known that my 20 lb goal was conservative really, since I've actually been 157 before in my life, so I know that I'll continue to gain some, but I really don't know just how much yet. I'm thinking at this point I'll definately go to 30 lbs. It will be fun to go 10 lbs over the most I've ever been and see how that is. =) I also know that 190 is kinda my dream weight at this point.. maybe 200, but I don't know if I want to take this that far. It really kinda depends how it goes ya know?

I've really enjoyed the changes so far. So I'm looking fwd to it!

Softer Neck?

You can really see here how I'm softening up around my neck. At 137 lbs, I was pretty bony, but now at 150 (13 lb gain) its a lot softer.

I like. =)

Plus, I think my arms and chest are bigger too. Well, I'm sure they are actually.

Week 6, Day 3: I can tell the difference

Well, I was 150 this morning so some of that spike is sticking. That's a good thing. =) Here's the graph. I'm definately, very clearly, gaining.

I thought I would write a little bit about the differences I'm noticing. I started feeling noticably pudgier at the 10 lb mark and I can identify why that is now. The measurements are showing that my neck has gained 2". That is really significant and I can definately tell! That's not my first choice for where the weight could go! But oh well, its not horrible either.

So I can actually feel the pudge under my chin. It's taking some getting used to. I'm also noticing that my necklace is tighter on me now. It doesn't hang as low.

My tighter shirts and bras are noticably tighter on me. I've gained over 2" on my waist and belly and an inch on my bust so I'm not that surprised. And I look wider in the mirror. I'm honestly loving my belly. It's so much better and nicer. And surprisingly, even last night my girlfriend made a comment that she loves my belly, and that she likes it better now! I'm starting to think she really likes me gaining. She especially likes feeling skinnier in comparison to me.

Oh, and I hit a little milestone. This morning was the first time I weighed more than her. She was 148 and I was 150. I still have 3" on her though so my BMI is still lower. =P. I'm catching up though!

Hm lastly I can feel a difference in my legs. I know i've gained an inch on them and I can feel it when I kneel down. It's a little harder to kneel. I dunno.. its wierd. And I also noticed that I have some fat going under my armpits. *sigh* I swear, it goes everywhere I don't want it to go, and doesn't go where I want it! I'd rather be one of those girls who gets a pear shape, know what I mean? But i've only gained an inch on my booty and hips. le sigh

Its okay though, this is fun. I'm enjoying it.. I guess half the fun is seeing where the weight goes and enjoying the experience of it. Which I'm doing. =)

That's all for now!

Week 6, Day 2: 14 lbs up!

Wow, I ate a lot yesterday. I started off with girlscout cookies and coffee. Then I got a pizza and ate 4 pieces and 2 breadsticks with sauce. Then I had a couple resee peanut butter cups, then a bunch of candy and about 3 pops before dinner! Then at dinner I had a smoothie, a pita pocket filled with seitan and peppers, and some fries with vinegar. I was still hungry when I got home so I had oreos with soymilk and more candy. Then right before bed I had 3 more pieces of pizza, pop and more candy.

And the result?

Well, I was 147 yesterday morning and 151 this morning! I'm sure not all of that will stay, but that's a pretty nice spike yeah? =)

My Gaining
Day 1: 137 lbs *start*
Day 2: 138 lbs
Day 6: 139 lbs (1 week)
Day 9: 140 lbs
Day 10: 142 lbs
Day 15: 144 lbs (2 weeks)
Day 22: 145 lbs (3 weeks)
Day 29: 148 lbs (4 weeks)
Day 36: 151 lbs (5 weeks)

Another cool thing was that my girlfriend ate just the same as me. I was trying hard to eat as much as I could and she kept up right up with me..heh She had to have gained too. I mean, that was CRAZY A LOT for both of us. I wouldn't have even had the resee cups, but she suggested them. One or two she asked me. =) How awesome is that?

And normally after a spike I get scared off and take it easy the next day, but just let me say, I have no intention of slowing down today. =) I love how my belly is looking.

Week 6, Day 1: Measurements

I was 147 this morning so I've been hovering at the 10-11 lb gain mark.. purposely actually.. but I'm ready for to hit 15 lbs now so I'm working on it. =)

Here's where my measurements are at though. Crazy how this works.

Original Weight: 137 lbs
Current Weight: 147 lbs (10 lb gain)
Current Height: 5'8"

Gained on Waist: 2.25"
Gained on Neck: 2"
Gained on Belly: 2"
Gained on Hips: 1.5"
Gained on Chest: 1.25"
Gained on Arm: 1.25"
Gained on Thigh: .75"
Gained on Booty: .75"

Original Measurements: 35AA-30-35
Current Measurements: 36AA-32-36

Why do I gain more on my neck than my butt? Someone tell me? That's ridiculous.. *sigh*

Seems like a pretty significant gain though. I'm excited to see what 10 more pounds will do. =)

I tried to eat A LOT yesterday but fell asleep early.. damn! ha now i'm going to go eat as much pizza as I can though. =) At 200 calories a slice, you really can't go wrong.. plus, crazy bread too! Wish me luck.

Tuesday, September 2, 2008

Week 5, Day 7: Face comparison after 10 lbs

Well, week 5 is almost over. Wow, that went fast. I wanted to be at the 10 lb mark right now and I am. I've actually taken it easy on eating the last few days. I've just wanted to maintain my weight and get used to the differences, but I do feel I'm ready to gain some more now and I'm pigging out today and probably the next few days and hoping for the best. =)

Also, I did a comparison of my face from when I started till now. I can actually see the difference a lot. My face filled in quite a bit. I like how I look much better actually. Anyways, I'll show ya!

I still have more 10 lb mark stats/pics to show, so I'll do these until I reach my next mark. =)
